BlueWare Strategic Healthware Solutions helps small and medium-sized hospitals to take better care of patients by making sure doctors have better access to information. The company enables hospitals to replace traditional patient charts – those old-fashioned manila folders that have to be updated by hand – with a web-based recordkeeping system.
Even though BlueWare has won industry awards for its innovative software solutions, this 25-person company turned to Innuity to make its website easier to use.
“We looked around and when we saw what Innuity had to offer – and the price – we were hooked,” says Marketing Manager Lindsey Romohr. “We love the clean, simple look. And all our information is easy to find in a well-organized fashion. And it’s easy to modify the content as well.”
As everyone at BlueWare is no doubt aware, even the best technology solutions sometimes need a little human touch. And that’s another area where Innuity is just what the doctor ordered.
“The service line is really fantastic. We definitely get our moneys’ worth out of that,” says Lindsey. “Seems like I always get through to a person right away when I call. And no matter who I’m talking to, I feel like I know them. It’s wonderful.”
