Even though they’re the oldest full-service mortgage brokerage in Whatcom County, Washington, everyone at First Security Mortgage has to wear a lot of hats. That’s because in Whatcom County, you can be the oldest and the biggest – and still be pretty small.

“In the mortgage business, things can change hourly. So it’s important that we have a site that allows us to make changes quickly,” says Jody.
“Before Innuity, we’d have to send emails or faxes to the provider and then wait for them to make the change. It was never done in a timely manner, and sometimes it just wasn’t done at all. That was very frustrating.”
According to Jody, things are different when she calls now.
“The people at Innuity are Johnny on the spot. The other day I was on the phone with one of their support people and he said if there was anything else I needed to call him and he’d get right on it. Now with a lot of technical support places, when they’re done talking to you, they’re done. But (he) was very accommodating. It’s really nice.”
“With Innuity, you really can administer your own website,” added Jody. “And you don’t have to be a computer guru to do it.”
Good to know there’s at least one hat that Jody doesn’t have to wear.
